At 24node Web Solutions, we build and deploy AI-powered employees for small businesses. When you interact with a 24node AI agent — whether by phone, chat, or SMS — you are communicating with an artificial intelligence system, not a human employee. Our AI agents are designed to be helpful, natural, and professional, but they are not human.

In compliance with applicable laws, our AI voice agents are required to disclose their AI nature at the beginning of each call when requested.

What Information Our AI Collects During Calls

When you participate in a demo call or interact with a 24node AI agent, the following may be collected:

• Your name and business information (shared voluntarily during the call)
• The content of your conversation

Call Recording Notice

AI-powered calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. By consenting to an AI demo call, you acknowledge and agree to this recording.
