2. Services Provided

24node Web Solutions provides AI-powered employee solutions for small businesses including but not limited to: AI voice agents, chat widgets, front desk automation, website management, and related digital services.

3. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI-powered services, including voice agents, are tools designed to assist your business — they are not licensed professionals. Nothing communicated by our AI agents constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions.

4. Consent to AI Communications

By requesting a demo or purchasing our services, you consent to:

• Receiving AI-generated voice calls, SMS messages, and emails from 24node Web Solutions
• Having your interactions with our AI agents recorded and processed
• Receiving follow-up communications related to your request or service

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting admin@24node.com or replying STOP to any SMS.

5. Payment Terms

All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact admin@24node.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• Transmit spam or unauthorized communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI agent configurations, and systems created by 24node Web Solutions remain our intellectual property. Custom AI configurations built for your business are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24node Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
